Security Standards Drive Institutional Adoption
The ISO 27001 can be viewed as the globally standardized information security management system. The certification conditions require organizations to illustrate an organization-wide security safeguard and risk control methodologies. SOC 2 Type 1 is aimed at the control design and implementation in terms of security, availability, and confidentiality.
Chainlink’s success addresses a critical barrier to enterprise blockchain adoption. Traditional financial institutions demand robust compliance frameworks before integrating new technologies. These certifications provide the necessary validation for regulated entities to proceed with blockchain implementations.
Financial Sector Partnerships Expand
Some of the world’s leading financial institutions have already appreciated the increased level of security offered by Chainlink. UBS, SWIFT, and ANZ Bank utilize Chainlink’s interoperability solutions for various applications. The partnerships, along with the new certifications, make it possible to extend into new use cases.
